living happily at home and at work
Whether at home or at work, meaningful change begins with clarity, alignment, and a practical path forward.
Start by understanding the current state, defining the future state, and turning that vision into a roadmap with intentional, measurable milestones that create momentum.

Solutions
I use a streamlined approach and practical, proven techniques to address the challenges your organization is facing while saving time and resources.
Assess the environment. Simplify complex work and processes. Make change meaningful.
The approach may be consistent, but the solution is tailored to your teams, organization, and circumstances. Because one size doesn’t fit all.

Assess Your Organization Environment
Outdated processes, silos, mistrust, bureaucracy, and poor communication can keep teams and leaders from reaching their goals. Agile practices can help businesses deliver greater customer value by creating a work environment built on trust, collaboration, and transparency.
I assess your current organizational environment to identify barriers to performance, opportunities for improvement, and readiness for Agile ways of working. The assessment results in practical recommendations and a prioritized roadmap tailored to your organization.
My work in Agile environments, supporting teams through structural transformation, has shown me that sustainable change depends less on frameworks and more on the conditions in which people are expected to work.
The goal is not simply to introduce Agile practices, but to create an environment where teams can collaborate effectively, make better decisions, and consistently deliver value.
I saw Ella teach the Agile methodology to a very skeptical IT group with great results. Ella is passionate about her role as an Agile coach and I am grateful that she helped answer a lot of my questions about Agile as well!”
Christopher Turton, previous pmo team lead at kaleida health
Manage Complex Projects and Streamline Organizational Processes
Complex projects can expose deeper issues: unclear expectations, shifting priorities, weak governance, duplicated effort, and processes that create more work than value.
I help identify which processes are creating friction, overlap, or unnecessary complexity, and how they can be better aligned, simplified, or removed.
PMI also identifies 49 project management processes that can be instrumental to project success. But let’s face it, applying all of them isn’t realistic in the real world, especially when a project manager manages multiple projects at the same time. Because every environment is different, wouldn’t you want to know which processes matter most to your organization?
By clarifying priorities, identifying what adds value and what creates unnecessary friction, I help restore focus and alignment, turning chaos into clarity.

Ella’s passion for the work she does is unparalleled. Analytical & problem solver, she has the ability to synthesize complex problems into clear, high level, visual presentations. I personally worked with her on many different projects and programs, including a team group working with the governance team to improve the infrastructure methodology. Ella has a great skill at motivating others and working through solving complex problems, and gained the respect and admiration of her team leads, engineers, and peers. If you are looking for a leader and a creative problem solver, and have Ella in your sights, I highly recommend Ella for the job.”

Create Meaningful Change and Support Personal Growth
Agile is a mindset, not a specific set of tools and practices, and it can be tailored to the needs of each team and organization. However, constant changes in processes, roles, expectations, and ways of working place real demands on people. Change requires learning new patterns of behavior and developing new habits.
Research on habit formation shows that new behaviors can take anywhere from 18 to 254 days to become more automatic, depending on the person and the behavior. It should come as no surprise that meaningful organizational change can take months and, in more complex environments, years.
Change is never easy, yet it is what pushes us to keep learning and growing. Growth is rarely linear. Some periods bring momentum, while others require patience, adjustment, and persistence. What matters is not speed, but consistency.
Meaningful change makes work better. Step by step, I help teams navigate change and build the resilience and confidence needed to sustain both organizational and personal growth.
Ella made the transition very smooth and her great knowledge in agile methodology made it easy to understand. To say the team was hesitant is an understatement and the push back was immense, but the entire time Ella was patient, calm, and very professional. I would recommend her for any position just from the experience I had with her leaping into the agile methodology.”

About

There are only two places in the world where we can live happy: at home and in Paris.”
Ernest Hemingway
My story
I was born and raised in Romania, where my interest in how people, systems, and ideas work together began early. My path has never followed a single discipline, and that has shaped the way I approach complex organizational problems today.
I first trained in science and engineering, while also studying painting and design. Over the years, I worked as an engineer and fashion designer, taught technical drawing, produced a radio show, ran my own business, and later expanded my creative practice internationally through graduate study in Scenography and Theatre.
Alongside my artistic work, I built a career in information technology, working across manufacturing, healthcare, banking, media, and telecommunications. My work has included project and program management, Agile delivery, organizational transformation, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise technology initiatives.
Working across disciplines, industries, countries, and organizational cultures taught me that complex projects rarely succeed through process alone. Structure matters, but so do communication, trust, decision-making, leadership, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
That perspective led me to further study psychology and complete a Master of Science in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing, deepening my understanding of the human factors behind organizational change.
Today, I bring these perspectives together in my consulting work: technology, project leadership, Agile practices, organizational change, and an understanding of how people actually experience transformation.
Why work with me
I bring more than project management methodology to an engagement. I look at the larger system: what is slowing progress, where communication is breaking down, what decisions are not being made, and what teams need in order to move forward.
My experience spans complex, cross-functional and global environments where priorities compete, stakeholders disagree, requirements change, and important initiatives can easily lose momentum.
I value clarity, accountability, honest communication, and practical solutions. My role is not to add another layer of process. It is to help organizations create enough structure to make progress without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
Whether the challenge involves a stalled initiative, Agile adoption, organizational change, or the coordination of complex technology work, my focus is the same: understand what is getting in the way and create a practical path forward.
